Submit a ticket
There are 2 ways to submit a ticket.
- Email support@ohiotel.net
- Emails are checked during normal business hours Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. Please call if afterhours and leave a voicemail for our on-call technician.
- List the following information in your email:
- Account Name
- Service Address
- Describe Issue with as much detail as possible
- Contact Name
- Contact Phone Number
- Call Technical Support at 419-734-2369, option 1
