Submit a ticket

There are 2 ways to submit a ticket.

  1. Email support@ohiotel.net
    • Emails are checked during normal business hours Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. Please call if afterhours and leave a voicemail for our on-call technician.
    • List the following information in your email:
      • Account Name
      • Service Address
      • Describe Issue with as much detail as possible
      • Contact Name
      • Contact Phone Number
